How would you define mental wellness for yourself? It can be easy to get caught up in others' ideas of what balance can look like. I am a clinician that can help you create a picture of what your best self can be!
My calm, non-judgmental, and strengths-based approach will allow you to discover what is within your control and how to use that to your advantage. I want to understand who you are as a person, your past, and how that has impacted your self-image. I also utilize DBT to teach effective tools for anxiety and stress management that will help you reach your goals. My goal is to empower you to see the greatness within yourself and how you can continue to uncover it.
