It is my goal to help you get back to feeling like yourself after a transition or define your next chapter. I want to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and open environment for authentic conversations that create the changes you want. Given the many misconceptions about mental health in underserved communities and amongst minority populations, I strive to combat the stigmas and change the narrative.
I currently have a Bachelor's degree in Middle-Grade Education and Clinical Psychology and am currently pursuing a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University.
