Operation High School

WHEN: Thursday at 7pm on July 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th
Ages 15–18
WHAT: High school students often face increasing pressure related to academics, relationships, identity development, and future planning. This group helps teens build the emotional and practical skills needed to navigate these challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
Sessions focus on real-life tools teens can use immediately in school, relationships, and everyday decision-making.
- Managing stress and anxiety
- Building confidence and identity
- Setting healthy boundaries in friendships and relationships
- Strengthening executive functioning skills like organization and task initiation
WHERE: 6127 S. University Ave Chicago, IL
COST: Some insurance carriers cover group therapy services. Participants can provide their insurance information and we will be happy to verify. If not using insurance, the out of pocket cost is $160 for child participants for 4 group sessions and $140 for caregiver participants for 4 group sessions. FSA/HSA benefits can be used to pay for group session costs.

JULY CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP

WHEN: Thursday at 7pm on July 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th
WHO: Parents and caregivers seeking support, guidance, and practical tools to help their children navigate emotional and behavioral challenges.
WHAT: An in-person parent support group designed to provide a safe, supportive space to learn, share, and grow. This group focuses on equipping caregivers with effective skills to support their child’s emotional development and strengthen family connections.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:
- Supporting children in identifying and expressing emotions
- Coaching coping skills at home
- Responding to frustration and emotional outbursts
- Strengthening parent-child communication
- Encouraging flexible thinking and problem-solving
