WHEN: Mondays, March 3rd to April 7th from 6-7 pm CST via Zoom
WHO: Adults between ages 25-35 who are in relationships with someone struggling with substance use. This group is not gender specific.
WHAT: This is a group designed for individuals who are in relationships with someone struggling with addiction. The group aims to provide a supportive community where partners can share their experiences, gain insight, and develop coping strategies to navigate the challenges of loving someone with an addiction.
COST: Health insurance coverage may be used for those who qualify. $25 per session or $125 for 6 weeks paid upfront. Sliding scale payment plans are available.

WHO: Black women aged 25-30 who are navigating challenges related to self-identity, relationships, emotional well-being, and mental health.
WHAT: Operation Fight Back: A therapy group for Black Women ready to take back control of their lives. Together, we’ll focus on building healthier connections, improving self-perception, and challenging harmful patterns through emotional regulation.
COST: Health insurance can be verified to confirm coverage for group counseling. No insurance? Out-of-pocket cost is $25 per session. Participants qualify for a discount if paying all sessions upfront for $90.
