WHEN: Wednesdays at 6:00PM, May 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th
WHO: Ages 8–11
WHAT: Many children experience big emotions but don’t always have the language or tools to understand what they are feeling. Through games, interactive activities, and guided discussion, participants will learn how to regulate their emotions, practice flexible thinking, and develop healthy coping skills they can use at school, at home, and with peers.
Children will practice skills such as:
Children leave the group with stronger emotional awareness, better ways to handle frustration, and more confidence navigating friendships and everyday challenges.
COST: Some insurance carriers cover group therapy services. Participants can provide their insurance information and we will be happy to verify. If not using insurance, the out of pocket cost is $160 for child participants for 4 group sessions and $140 for caregiver participants for 4 group sessions. FSA/HSA benefits can be used to pay for group session costs.

WHO: Adults, aged 25-40, who struggle with a loved one's (such as a friend, sibling, partner, roommate) substance use. Open to all genders.
WHAT: This group aims to provide a supportive space where individuals can share their experiences, gain insight, and develop coping strategies to navigate the challenges of loving someone who struggles with substance use.
COST: Health insurance coverage may be used for those who qualify. $35 per session.
