Beginning therapy can feel intimidating. Many people come in unsure of what to say, worried they won’t be understood, or feeling exhausted from trying to handle everything on their own. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can be open without judgment and feel genuinely heard.
I am currently completing my Master’s program while working toward becoming a licensed therapist.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. In our sessions, you don’t have to have everything figured out. We will move at your pace while working together to understand your emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and build confidence in yourself and your decisions.
My goal is not just to help you manage your struggles, but to help you feel more balanced, secure, and empowered in your daily life. You don’t have to navigate things alone — I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing process.
