Avina Richards, LPC-IT
Heyyyy! I'm Avina, a Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training (LPC-IT) and Licensed School Counselor (LSC). I am dedicated to helping people feel more connected, empowered, and supported throughout their healing journey.
I enjoy working with:
- children and adolescents who are navigating school-related concerns
- individuals needing support with anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions
- couples with a desire to strengthen communication, rebuild trust and create meaningful, lasting connections
I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative and affirming space where you can show up as your full self without judgment. My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and cultural awareness. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and reclaim their voice and sense of self.
