I am especially passionate about working with:
In my work, I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative space where everyone feels heard, valued, and respected. I take a relational, strengths-based approach and draw from multiple therapeutic styles to meet each person and system where they are.
My clinical experience includes working in community-based mental health settings alongside at-risk youth and families. I have supported care coordination, case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy — experience that continues to shape my compassionate and grounded approach to helping clients build resilience, stability, and connection.
Together, we will explore meaningful patterns, strengthen connections, and develop practical tools that support lasting growth and healthier relationships.
