I seek to create a space where you are able to show up authentically and feel at ease doing so. It is important to me that you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I approach the concerns and goals of clients with curiosity and compassion (and sometimes humor!), while also acknowledging your unique strengths and your expertise.
Before settling into this career, I spent years working in the service industry and had an education in performing arts. These experiences provide a unique perspective and skills that allow for more nuanced and empathetic support, fostering a therapeutic environment where you feel truly understood and supported. I also bring experience working with those managing and recovering from substance use and have developed a deep sense of purpose in that work.
I have a passion for working with:
I have dual Master of the Arts degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Forensic Mental Health Leadership from Adler University, which also allows me to work as a forensic mental health specialist.
