Originally cited in bell hook’s All About Love, this quote has become a personal philosophy that I believe describes the essence of relationships. Love is growth. Love is expansion. Love is careful, purposeful advancement for the sake of oneself or another.
Love and care are practices that often require re-commitment—sometimes daily, even hourly. Offering the kind of support that helps people return to that commitment, both individually and together, is what I do best!
